We're a small team with deep expertise: several of us hold PhDs in machine learning, alongside seasoned engineers, quants and infrastructure people.
We work in small, agile cycles. Ideas get built, tested and shipped quickly, and we adjust as the market and the data tell us to.
Everyone owns what they build. Whoever writes a system runs it in production and answers for it, so responsibility sits with the people closest to the work.
We run from three hubs across time zones
Decision Rock operates from Cyprus, Dubai and Australia, with the team distributed across all three.
